Sabor con Corazón began as a family dream — a place where the aromas of the kitchen could bring neighbors together. Today, we're proud to be a cornerstone of Seattle's Central District, serving handmade pastries, savory empanadas, and carefully sourced pantry staples to people who value real food made with care.

Every recipe carries a story passed down through generations. Our café con leche is brewed the way Abuela taught us. Our empanadas are hand-folded, never rushed. And our bakery case is stocked each morning with whatever the day calls for — because some of the best things can't be planned.
